Fully experienced with material and labor estimation, job buy-outs, purchasing procedures and accounts payable and receivable.
• Regulatory Compliance:
Fully familiar with the building codes of various states and IBC 2006. Extensive knowledge of Federal ADA regulations, I.F.P.A. Codes, Local Fire Codes and UL Fire Rated Assemblies. Extensive understanding of OSHA regulations for construction activities. Solid knowledge of ANSI and ASTM ratings.
• Computer Literacy:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point). Extensive experience with On Center Software’s OST and Quick-Bid estimation software and Timberline PJ management software; fully familiar with MS Project and Primavera scheduling software; Some Auto-Cad experience.
