Utilizing solid expertise in all aspects of
construction, I directed multi-million dollar
projects from initial planning through the
design, engineering and construction cycles.
Through improved processes and procedures, I
increased bottom-line results. My track
record is consistent containing costs,
while maintaining quality to enhance delivery
of the final product. Further competencies
include:
-- Successfully completing major projects on
schedule and within budget constraints
-- Fostering client confidence and strong
customer relationships
-- Working closely and interacting with all
parties to ensure success
-- Building and leading cross-functional
teams to reach project goals
-- Achieving project profitability through
strict oversight
I have an MS in Architecture and a BS in
Environmental Design, both from the
University of Oklahoma. Associates describe
me as an analytical problem solver, a
detailed-oriented manager who rapidly adapts
to changing situations, and totally committed
to doing whatever it takes to accomplish the
task at hand.
