• As Job Superintendent, I was responsible for commercial building construction from ground to finish including, but not limited to, concrete tilt-ups, steel buildings, wood frames, and metal stud frames.
• Managed on-site construction schedule to insure timely completion. Reported cost and job status to executive level managers. Reviewed, recommended and approved all construction change requests, onsite change orders and pay requests. Coordinated proposed changes in design with consultants and construction manager.
• Responsible for the bidding and acquisition of all metal, wood and steel and related materials for all projects.
