Developed a network of forklift dealers from across the nation to market and sell a new line of material handling equipment. I took the line from 0 to $11,000,000 per year. Managed national marketing force comprised of 27 Forklift Dealers and sixty Marketing Representatives within my distributor network. Analyze data collected on major players in each segment of the country, evaluate dealer's product trends, maintain an ongoing awareness of competitor sales volume, new product design and contract awards to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing market conditions to capture new and emerging markets. Using a variety of financial partners I was instrumental in providing, Komatsu Forklift, finance programs for 27 Tusk dealers and 46 Komatsu dealers, greatly increasing sales volume.

Responsible for total operations, of a fifty six year old material handling company. Managed more than 156 employees, including 14 sales representatives throughout 4 sites, while controlling $22M in equipment sales. Led orientation sessions and staff training. I was instrumental in reducing expenses $1,000,000 by eliminating 7 management positions. Utilizing GPS technology, I created a new dispatching program for 100+ mechanics. This greatly improved efficiency and impacted profitability by over $50,000 per year. COMPANY-WIDE P&L RESPONSIBILITY / GENERAL MANAGEMENT – Held company-wide responsibility for Profit and Loss, Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Logistics and HR Administration and report directly to company President.
Director of Operations: First United Lending Inc. 1998-1999
Directed hiring procedures and trained underwriting personnel. Employed proactive approaches to securing home mortgages, significantly boosting company revenue. Taught new loan officers the mortgage industry from sales to government compliance. Performed all due diligence before mortgage requests were sent to underwriting. Improved the closing ratio from 37% to 85% on all loan packages.

Led recruiting, hiring, and training functions across seven states.
Facilitated a revenue increase for a sub-prime lending division from zero monthly to $50M monthly. Hired and trained account executives to secure mortgage loans from mortgage brokers.
