City Center is a 19 million square foot development with a construction budget of $8.5 Billion. Located at the South end of Las Vegas Boulevard, City Center features several major sub-developments. The Aria Hotel Tower and Casino, The Vdara Hotel Tower and Privet Residences, The Harmon Hotel Tower and Privet Residences, The Mandarin Hotel Tower and Privet Residences, The Veer Twin Tower Privet Residences, and Crystals Retail Promenade. The project includes, 6,291hotel rooms, 897 residences, (4) Spas, (42) restaurants and bars, a 150,000 square foot casino, a convention center, a 4000 seat production theater, a self contained HVAC Power Plant, several parking structures, road ways, pedestrian walkways and its own overhead monorail system.

THE ECHELON PROJECT– Las Vegas NV
Echelon was planned to be an 87 acre development with a 4.5 billion dollar construction budget. Located on the North end of Las Vegas Boulevard, the project features (5) five star luxury hotel towers some 60 stories in height with over 5,000 rooms. Other features include a 4,000-seat production theater and a 1,500-seat performance venue a 300,000-square-foot retail promenade 750,000 square feet of total meeting and convention space, 200 Meeting rooms 140,000 square feet of gaming space; 30 restaurants, nightclubs and beverage venues and a 4.5-acre entertainment and pool deck. The site is equipped with its own power plant that delivers all HVAC needs to the campus.

110 3rd Ave is a 21-story luxury condominium building, and a Toll Brothers Development in Manhattan. The budget for this project was in excess of 40 million dollars. 110 3rd Ave. was of concrete construction and glass curtain wall skin. The building features a total of 120 condominium units and a roof top terrace.

MONTGOMERY GREENE – Jersey City, NJ
Project Executive overseeing the project;
Montgomery Greene Towers is a 19-story luxury condominium building, budgeted at 34 million dollars that adds significantly to the Jersey City skyline. Montgomery Greene features a total of 113 condominium units. The new building also includes a rooftop deck, with a garden and an indoor fitness room on the 6th floor. The condominium is constructed above a four-level parking garage that is comprised of 123 parking spaces for the residents and their guests. The various architectural and ornamental systems that create the unique exterior look of this building bring an unprecedented feature to the city’s cultural district. This project presented a complex coordination challenge that required a well-planed organized approach, and pronounced attention to detail.
MACK-CALI JERSEY CITY LOBBY RENOVATIONS – Jersey City, NJ

The Harborside Financial Center Plaza 1 project entails the renovation and reconstruction of the lobby and main entrance. The main entrance features a point-supported glass atrium while the lobby features new millwork, granite flooring, glass and reception/security desk. All air handling units and systems and elevator cabs have also been refurbished. Also the demolition of select interior offices was performed, in preparation for tenant fit-out work.
This project is part of a long-term contract with Mack-Cali Realty Group to provide interior construction services at their various properties located in the tri-state region. Construction services include upgrades and renovations to existing buildings as well as numerous tenant fit-outs and improvements. At $12 million, the Plaza 1 Project makes it one of the largest renovation projects that JMB is managing for Mack-Cali to date. This contract represents the latest collaboration with Mack-Cali, one of JMB’s long-time and well-respected customers.
TARGET – Stamford, CT

Budgeted at $40 million dollars, this new retail center for Target Corporation was constructed in downtown Stamford, CT. The 145,000-sf retail center is constructed on top of a 4-level parking garage. Some unique characteristics about this project include marrying the steel beam and girder construction to the top of a 289,000 sf precast parking garage; a cast-in-place footing foundation, and, performing all work in a tight urban location with limited staging and lay-down area.
HARBORSIDE FINANCIAL CENTER PLAZA 10 - Jersey City, NJ

Budgeted at $90 million dollars, this 19-story tower totaling 684,000 sf housing 575,000 sf of Class A office space was constructed in Jersey City NJ on the banks of the Hudson River to serve as the future East Cost Head Quarters of The Charles Schwab Co . The steel-framed structure consists of a unitized glass/granite curtain wall panelized system with granite clad facades at the ground level. The ground floor accommodates retail stores, a childcare center, cafeteria, and elevator lobby to service the office tower. Site improvements include a multi-tiered pedestrian plaza featuring granite and concrete hard- landscaping, seawall reconstruction, and a public waterfront esplanade.
