As a 30 year construction veteran, I completed site work and utility projects throughout Florida which allowed me to perform construction, estimating, project management and administrative duties. I also gained considerable knowledge and experience in the following areas:
􀂃 Successfully managed multiple projects concurrently and completed all projects on time and within budget
􀂃 Trained, supervised and inspections of site work, utility and boring crews
􀂃 Gained considerable knowledge of building practices and codes
􀂃 Proficiency in computerized estimating and construction-related software applications such as Quest Estimating Software; Auto Cad 2004; and Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access)
􀂃 Experience in AIA Documents, contracts, change orders and invoicing.
