• Reduced overall structural costs by 7% and improved quality by introducing a structural system for multistory buildings that required little initial capital outlay and was easily understood by subcontractors all without increasing overall construction time.
• Virtually eliminated condominium lawsuits, which had been averaging $3,000 per unit in settlement costs, and reduced the average warranty settlement cost to $150 per unit. This was accomplished by developing quality and education programs for Project Managers and implementing comprehensive inspection procedures.
• Developed Home Buyer’s Guide that set quality standards and managed customer expectations, resulting in two or less items for correction in 75% of homes on initial walkthrough.
• Created compensation system that rewarded individuals for achieving production and unit quality goals.
