Joined RNGA Architecture, Inc as Vice President of Architecture. Using years of experience to guide the production staff with project scheduling and construction documentation. The technical expertise and construction document experience is continuing to provide the highest level of professionalism and technical competency to clients. Established new directive in company to pursue projects for local, state and federal government agencies. I have developed proposal packages needed for submittal as prime contractor as well as subcontractor for public projects including SF 254, SF255, SF330 and other documentation. Developed strong relationships with clients allowing RNGA Architecture, Inc to maintain its reputation as a premier architecture firm. Some of the national clients include Sears, Avis, Staples, Gator Investments and Walgreens. Provided services to local developers and property management companies that include CBRE, Beaver Properties and Levy Realty Advisors. Some of the projects completed or managed while with RNGA include numerous Staples Office Superstores throughout South Florida and Retail center renovations for Gator Investments throughout Florida and Other locations in the country. Staples projects included a new ground up facility located in the Fort Lauderdale Downtown Redevelopment District. This project demanded that we meet the development requirements and meet the needs of the local neighborhood associations. Worked with clients to design and present projects in the Margate Downtown Redevelopment District. Completed a Historic Preservation project that renovated an existing condemned structure in Tampa, FL into a mixed use facility housing retail, office and residential uses on three floors. Hands on manager with the knowledge and experience to use the state of the art tools and software to manage projects as well as provide assistance in any form to complete the project. I have the technical knowledge of construction practices and materials needed to provide complete services to clients for virtually any project type.

Established d=mc Squared, Inc with business partner and proceeded to produce many design-build projects for federal agencies throughout the United States. One of the projects completed include a 100,000 SF Veterans Affairs Outpatient clinic in Sunrise, FL. This new
facility housed many departments including Primary Care, Mental Health, Urgent Care, Outpatient Surgery, Radiology, Women’s health and many more. This project included new technologies that the VA has now established as requirements for future design-build facilities. Other projects include a 48,000 S.F. Office facility for the U.S. Forest Service in Santa Fe New Mexico, New office and numerous Social Security Administration offices around the nation. The Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic project included complete design, design development, contract documentation with drawings and specifications, coordination of consultants, agency and medical reviews, local jurisdictional reviews and construction phase services. The drawings and specifications followed the Department of Veterans Affairs design guidelines. I have provided complete design and documentation for Social Security Administration offices in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. Designed and documented a new US Forest Service office in Santa Fe New Mexico. Provided designs for contract winning proposals for other VA clinics, Department of Interior offices as well as projects for other federal agencies around the country. Position was Vice President and director of Operations. Company was dissolved for personal reasons.

Achieved the level of associate partner in the commercial division. Completed the award winning, Weston Corporate Centre, located in Weston, Florida a project consisting of 100,000 square feet of shell office space in two four-story buildings as well as all of the interior improvements within. Strong medical experience ranging from ground up medical office buildings for Palm Beach Surgical Associates, highly specialized hospital projects including a Linear Accelerator for Boca Raton Community Hospital and the Response Oncology and Hematology Center in Boca Raton along with Interior office improvements for many differing specialty doctors and dentists in South Florida. Provided services for thousands of square feet of high-end corporate interior improvement projects in the South Florida area including Kerzner International, Cadbury Schweppes, National Association of Securities Dealers, CIBC Oppenheimer, Levis Strauss, Hershey’s International and many more. Provided project management and documentation for governmental agencies including the Immigration and Naturalization Service Adjudication Center in West Palm Beach, FL. As a Project Manager, completed thousands of square feet of commercial and interior improvement projects in the south Florida area. Projects for the Archdiocese of Miami including The Church of the Little Flower Catholic Church in Hollywood, FL, St Andrews Catholic School in Coral Springs. Other key projects such as Florida, Plantation Medical Center, a four building campus in Plantation, Florida, a new infill retail center in Boca Raton called The Sporting Center Shops. Medical clients include designing or renovating plasma centers across the southern United States for North American Biological (NABI). Provided Americans with Disabilities “ADA†studies and barrier removal plans for numerous commercial, retail and office projects throughout South Florida.

Began professional career with this nationally recognized A & E firm. Held a security clearance with the level of secret that was needed to work on sensitive projects for the Federal government such as the German Embassy, National Observatory, Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation and other projects for the General
Services Administration, US Department of Agriculture, Department of the Navy, and NASA. I have completed construction documentation including drawings, specifications and cost estimates for many federal projects. Some of the federal projects included the USDA agricultural research facility in Beltsville, MD and USDA Necropsy facility in Maryland. NASA projects included interior renovations to facilities at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. Provided historical preservation studies for Federal Government projects including the National Arboretum, the Washington Navy Yard as well as other historical buildings in Washington DC and the metropolitan area. Hospitality projects include Marriott Residence Inn extended stay hotels, Courtyard and Fairfield Inn projects around the nation.
