Responsible for aligning the strategic goals and objectives of the company with the human resources capital of the organization by promoting the core values throughout the entire group of companies. These included two home building companies, a remodeling company, a mortgage company, a title company and land development. I was a member of the senior management team during the rapid growth period of the company; focusing on recruiting best available talent, development of training initiatives and communications.
Was able to developed, implement, and coordinate Human Resources policies and manage HR functions and initiatives for all business units under a corporate umbrella structure. Responsible for state and federal compliance as well as risk management functions. Direct reports included the Director of Training, two HR Managers, and four HR Associates.

I was a member of the ISO implementation team, achieving ISO-9002 certification six months from starting operations. Experience with due diligence efforts for acquisitions and mergers.
