Determined optimal processes, best practices and technology tools to initiate discussions with Corporate Real Estate Directors on Workplace Strategies.
Workplace Technology Consultant (2004 to 2005) – Developed technology strategies to assist CRE Directors and business executives to drive continued value to their corporations. This included CAD, CAFM and work order tools.
Global Program Director and Strategic Real Estate Planning Manager (1999 to 2004) – Assigned to Nortel Networks. Position included a variety of tasks:

Texas Instruments, Dallas Texas 1976 to 1999
World Headquarters Facilities Manager – Managed the office space for all TI’s facilities in the Dallas area. This included facilities engineering, facilities maintenance, project management, lease negotiations, critical systems performance, contracting and construction. Position included a variety of successful tasks:
• Managed the 1.3 million square foot upgrade of the corporate headquarter site. This included complete site interior renovation and construction of a new Board room and executive area. ($25 million project expenditure). Provided leadership for many successful special projects.
• Prepared and managed annual operating and expense budget of $6.5 million
• Developed and implemented Best Practice sharing for global facilities teams.
• Managed the facilities divestiture of TI and Raytheon. This included the asset transfers to satisfy legal and contractual agreement when TI sold their Defense System organization to Raytheon ($ 55 million project expenditure).
• Lead the Malcolm Baldridge support and benchmarking team to assist with winning the National Quality award.
• Directly managed staff of over 300 employees and contractors.
