Project Planner / Scheduler
Reporting to the Vice-President of Construction as the Project Planner / Scheduler. In charge of implementing Primavera P6 as the tool for scheduling all projects and responsible for creating the construction schedules for the following projects: Island Wide Infrastructure, Hotel and Guestroom wings, Marina, Golf Course and Golf Club, Support Facilities and Residential Villas & Homes. Also, creating and updating the Master Schedule for the Monthly Report and creating What-If Scenarios. All schedules were cost and resource loaded and the budget was implemented into the program.

Project Manager / Senior Scheduler / Prolog Administrator
Reporting to the Vice-President of Operations in dual roles as the Sr. Scheduler and Prolog Manager Administrator where the main responsibilities are to provide support and monitor operational activities for all active projects. As the Sr. Scheduler the duties and responsibilities included producing the monthly Pavarini Risk Management Report for upper management, preparing and submitting proposal schedules, performing and/or overseeing monthly schedule updates on all active projects, creating a scheduling procedure manual for Operations. Also, training project engineers to assist in the updating of the schedules.
As the Prolog Manager Administrator the duties included creating processes and standardizing procedures for all team members to follow under the Company's Operation Manual, creating and administering user rights and maintaining database integrity. Performing formal training sessions for group or individuals on the different modules depending on their needs.
02/2004–02/2006 PBS&J Caribe Engineering San Juan, PR
Project Manager
In charge of the construction phase for the designer of the $220-Million Capital Improvement Program for Puerto Rico Ports Authority at Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Duties include coordinating, providing information and acting as a hub between the owner, designers, and contractors. Providing Construction Administration for all projects including cost control on assigned projects, updating the master schedule for the Capital Improvement Program and maintaining the Manpower Report for the Aviation Division. At the project level, maintaining document control, change order review and cost control, reviewing submittals, answering requests for information, providing construction documents to contractors and all additional details that would come from RFI’s, in addition to supervising project and field engineers and inspectors. Duties also include assisting Program Manager in opening other service lines in P.R. while marketing to new clients, presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
11/2000–01/2004 Turner Austin Airport Team Miami, Florida
QA/QC Manager / Project Manager
In charge of designing, establishing and managing the quality assurance program on behalf of American Airlines for the North Terminal Program ($1.6 Billion Program) at Miami International Airport; including acceptance testing; review and monitor all operating units and systems test results produced during the construction process. Duties also include the design, development and creation of test databases, procedures, test plans and scripts. Design, develop and implement application version and change control, to include applications documentation and test, development and support methodologies. Supervision of QA/QC Engineering Staff.

Project Manager
Duties included estimating, bidding, organizing, planning, purchasing and scheduling from start-up to completion the construction of a $48 million, 14 story luxury, residential tower. Orchestrating the intended outcome that balances owner contract, budget, time and cost limitations. Acting as a hub of activities reaching out to the Owner, subcontractors and material suppliers. Overseeing the subcontracts and the scope of work for each trade. Communication of issues and coordination of activities and document control. Also, reviewing and processing change orders for Owner approval. Refinement of scope of work and identification of items that may impact the schedule. Development of construction schedule, pre-purchase logs and financial projection reports.

Estimator/Scheduler
Several different project types including Institutional, Airports, Sea Ports, Transportation, Heavy Civil, and Light and Heavy Commercial. Duties include preparing costs estimates from the conceptual to bidding stages, bidding strategies, comparative analysis, and value engineering, constructibility reviews, assisting in claims avoidance and dispute resolution, acting as client contact, developing and analyzing construction schedules with in-depth review of the contractor's baseline schedule, including reviewing for inclusion of scope, logic, and compliance with contract requirements and reviews of each subsequent submittal by the contractor against the baseline schedule. Any variances from the baseline are identified in the monthly report, and proper documentation is assembled to record the chronology of the issue causing a variance.

Duties included estimating, bidding and selling new work; coordination of crews and materials for ongoing projects; executing projects through the closing stages.
