Brought the company to high profitability through strategic and efficient restructuring. Helped develop retail clients helping them with ground up and tenant improvement projects. Fast tracked projects to meet deadlines. We were the go to construction company for several retailers when the project had to be done on time. Based in California, developed and directed the construction department with offices in Colorado, Oregon and California, building from Colorado west to Hawaii. Oversaw all phases of planning, development and construction of all buildings for the golf course (clubhouse, guard house, community center) and managed all design and construction of houses -coordination between lot development, golf course design and construction. Developed and implemented sales and marketing strategy, homeowner’s association, architectural review committee, engineering, and interface of lot development and golf course design. Greenhills is over 1000 acres, with another 1000 acres in predevelopment phase and 600 acres of adjoining commercial property.

Managed land procurement, development and design, construction design, management, administration, cost control, manage sales staff, escrow and title work, marketing and advertising. Built custom homes with a staff of 3 sales people, 3 architectural designers in-house, and an interior decorator as well as staff for the production of the homes. In 1992 the company’s upper-end custom division built 20 homes averaging 4200 square feet. A second division of the company developed and built production homes 2100 to 3200 square feet.
