• Oversee all onsite activities for the renovation of two residential apartment buildings
o Trent Center project included demolition of existing floors so apartments could be rebuilt to ADA compliance while the building was occupied and adding a full service kitchen.
o Architect’s Housing project included complete window replacement, MEP upgrades to all building systems and elevator replacement

Responsible for all core and shell work and fit out of office space with employee cafeteria and kitchen. Accommodated the owner changes which included the addition of two emergency generators made after construction start, with minimal impact on schedule.
• Estimating and budget reviews for future warehouses and was able to reduce the roof construction cost by $2 per sq. ft. on 800,000 square feet.
