Responsibilities include the security and maintenance of the building and grounds, compliance of all state and federal environmental and OSHA regulations. Handle workers compensation claims and resolve issues and closure to them. Perform audits consisting of department financial budgets, inventories, make recommendations and develop actions for improvements in those areas.
