Participated in restoration of existing historic 1924 structure. Responsible for restoration of Penthouse suites, including coordination of finishes with Dorothy Draper Interiors, New York.
Created new penthouse layouts while maintaining the current structure of the building, including plumbing fixture selection and schedule, door and hardware selection, furniture review while maintaining design intent in regards to fabric and drapery selections. Currently acting as Construction Administrator.
Project Architect: Stoneleigh Residential Tower, 22-story condominium tower
Created plan and section details for new building using brick veneer, stucco and pre-cast panel coordination. Coordinated water proofing details with consultants and contractor.
Project Manager: 1900 McKinney - a 27-story condominium tower & parking garage
Project design, coordination of construction details, and code review, with extensive coordination of slab edge design to accommodate pre-cast panels, window wall and clerestory glass systems. Met requirements of codes to properly design for Fair Housing accessibility requirements, including ADA review.
Project Architect: Park Lane Place, three separate condominium towers
Coordinated construction of shared garage with three separate buildings. Coordinated different levels of finishes and appliance packages for low, medium and luxury living units. Extensive code research, Fair Housing review and ADA review.
Project Architect: The Ellipse, a 25-story condominium tower & parking garage
Researched and implemented requirements of Florida code to properly design project. Handled Florida Code Review and extensive Fair Housing accessibility requirements, including ADA review. Designed amenities areas, fitness center, pool deck and display kitchen.

Responsible for coordination of construction documents with other architects and consultants throughout the project for this 17-story airport hotel at the new Terminal D at DFW airport.

Coordinated construction documents of 9 story patient wing and medical office building.
