Collaborate with the various project managers on the design, coordination and maintenance of new
and existing field construction projects.
Provide interpretation and advice on construction projects.

Site supervision of subcontractors, design staff responsible for drawing space-plan, furniture, fixtures and equipment placement.
Supervised installation of electrical, IT, lighting & plumbing of medical gases to insure they met code and requirements.
I rechecked field measurements for the architects and designers. I attended meetings with architects, designers, suppliers and clients, confirming client changes. Acquired construction documents necessary for the Department of Buildings approval and for construction; documents drawn in scale to building code specifications, signed and sealed by a registered architect and coordinated with a licensed engineer; and verification of insurance, licensing, bonding for all contractors and sub-contractors on project.
The most important component construction commission, coordinating and confirming final working drawings with actual construction, maintained scheduling time line, made on site decisions, checked work quality of subcontractors, and quality of building products. Scheduled site visits with clients, architects, designers, future clients. Maintained a constant log of change orders, notes, faxes, email correspondence and meeting minutes, keeping every one informed.
