I have a wide range of experience in a number of different areas. At this point in my career I would like return to my administrative roots and to expand my experience to include broader areas of management, more varied project responsibilities and possibly a new location.

These projects have required extensive interaction with owners, Planning and Permitting officials, Banks, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and employees. My responsibilities included the full range of duties including budgeting and bidding, materials procurement and delivery logistics, contract management, subcontractor and employee supervision and final project closeout. Once completed, I supervised maintenance crews and renovations for many of these projects on a long term basis.
