 Well experienced to be Senior Project Manager, Administrator or Senior Estimator for a wide variety of construction projects having continuous thirty plus years career in construction.
 Owned commercial general contracting company for twenty-three years performing a wide variety of commercial and engineering projects in many states. Projects of note were the addition to Denver Merchandise Mart, New Birth Baptist Church in Lithonia, and Circuit City in Mobile. Also built shopping centers with major grocery tenants.

Projects were offices, retail, and industrial, midrise and low rise. Carried projects from concept estimate through final estimate and contract.

Construction Manager and Superintendent
• September, 2007 completed 5 story condominium. Construction cost was 13 million. The structure is post-tensioned concrete. Obtained building permit on August 8, 2006. Actually worked in the field, purchased all materials and managed subcontractors, most of which were labor only contractors. I also handled all the paperwork for the project including architects and engineers as well as detailing for an independent CPA to make payments. .

 Overall management responsibilities for this medium sized firm bidding and performing work in commercial general contracting. Performed estimating, project management, cost control, selling, and negotiations with Owners and Subcontractors. Scope of projects included concrete, steel, masonry and wood construction, as well as several specialty type projects. Types of projects included retail, senior centers, libraries, office building, fast food, industrial and specialty foundation work at Six Flags over Georgia.
