My role included the development of the operations and sale plan for the West Coast of Florida. I am a Member of the Mechanical Contractors Association Board of Directors of Central Florida. I increased service and construction revenue from 1.1 million to 6 million in two years.

Installed â€œSCADAâ€ system to electronically monitor all sites for proper operation, monitored â€œCapstoneâ€ turbines for proper run and faults, monitored major manufacturing firm to remove from electrical grid when demand reached 80% to produce payback for the customer by using onsite generators for power. In conjunction with European headquarters developed the monitoring center to pass on responsibility for monitoring all sites globally for 24 hour coverage. Worked with each manufacturing firm to totalize utility usage to present to utility companies to receive the best cost, KW and therms, to the company.

Initially position, Industrial Sales in which I received the â€œTop 25â€ in the nation award for sales
and profit. From this position I was elevated to Branch Manager of the Industrial Sales Branch
after exceeding budget for 3 consecutive years. Charged with the responsibility of 2 Branches, the
commercial and industrial market. The industrial market included all plants located along the
Gulf Coast of Texas. In this market codes and performance of the equipment is paramount for
process efficiency. At the completion of my tenure with Carrier I had 9 direct employees and
35 field mechanics with the responsibility of a $15 Million budget.
