hired specialty team to install upgraded firmware chips. Developed remote monitoring center :
Installed “SCADA†system to electronically monitor all sites for proper operation, monitored “Capstone†turbines for proper run and faults, monitored major manufacturing firm to remove from electrical grid when demand reached 80% to produce payback for the customer by using onsite generators for power. Hired “Certified Energy Mangers†: worked with “HR†to develop job scope, “CEM’s†responsibility was to monitor and provide reports on each site that was under a “Performance Contract†. Hired and developed air conditioning mechanics : in association with the field offices hired service managers, worked with local air conditioning service managers to hire qualified air conditioning mechanics, worked with “HR†to develop job scopes for local managers and mechanics. In conjunction with European headquarters developed the monitoring center to pass on responsibility for monitoring all sites globally for 24 hour coverage. Worked with each manufacturing firm to totalize utility usage to present to utility companies to receive the best cost, KW and therms, to the company.

Gulf Coast of Texas. In this market codes and performance of the equipment is paramount for
