The project was completed in several consecutive stages without disrupting the retail operation. Cost of $1,225,000.00
3- Centennial Tower, Vienna, VA.
Five tenant build-outs on seven floors totaling 115,000 sq. ft. Cost of $6,300,000.00
4- Aerospace Corporation, Chantilly, VA.
Renovated approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of office space to include multiple SCIF build outs. Cost of $1,200,000.00
5- Public Broadcasting Service- Alexandria, Virginia
Renovated multiple areas within the tenant’s six floors over a period of approximately ten years. Cost of $10,000.00

50,000 sq. ft. of tenant and lobby renovations. Cost of $1,400,000.00
